Welcome to the Sudan–Egypt Province, Fr. Roy Carlos!
With great joy and gratitude, we warmly welcome Fr. Roy Carlos, MCCJ, to the Sudan–Egypt Province.
A Comboni missionary from Peru, Fr. Roy has generously dedicated many years of his priestly and missionary life to serving the people of South Sudan, witnessing the Gospel with fidelity, perseverance, and closeness to those entrusted to his care.
Now, in God’s providence, he returns to the Province where his Comboni missionary journey first took shape, beginning with his missionary formation in Egypt. It is a meaningful homecoming, bringing with him the richness of years of pastoral experience, intercultural service, and missionary commitment.
We pray God that, may this new chapter of Father Roy’s missionary life be filled with God’s grace and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We pray that His presence among us will be a blessing to the Province, inspiring confreres and the communities you will serve.
May St. Daniel Comboni intercede for Him, and may the Lord grant him a fruitful, joyful, and hope-filled ministry as he continues to proclaim the Gospel with generosity and love.
