Death of pope Francis and Inter-Religious Dialogue

With the death of Pope Francis, the voices of many politicians around the world have been heard expressing solidarity with the Church. In our province, messages of condolence and solidarity have multiplied from Muslim friends of ours, teachers in our schools and acquaintances. From all are heard words of appreciation for the message of Pope Francis. His attention to the least and to the victims of injustice, even in the great wars that are shaking the world but especially the Middle East, have reached the hearts of so many, of all faiths. The option for the poor is in itself inter-religious dialogue.
